These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to every order placed by a visitor to this website ("Customer") at Pieke Wieke. Placing an order via the webshop of Pieke Wieke means that the customer has consulted these Terms and Conditions and explicitly accepts the applicability of these Terms and Conditions, with the exclusion of all other conditions. The customer has the choice between the following payment methods:

The purchase is made at the moment the customer receives a confirmation email from Pieke Wieke.
The items are delivered to the customer's home at the delivery date indicated in the confirmation email. Or can be picked up at the store or at pre-arranged locations (trade fairs, sewing clubs, ...)
Pieke Wieke is entitled to refuse an order (in writing), due to a serious shortcoming of the customer with regard to the order or any other order or agreement in which the customer is involved.
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Pieke Wieke until the moment of full payment by the customer.
However, the risk due to loss or damage passes to the customer from the delivery. The customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of the retention of title by Pieke Wieke, for example, to anyone who would seize the not yet paid items.
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to Pieke Wieke, the customer shall owe an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount in the event of non-payment or late payment from the date of default. In addition, the customer is legally and without notice a flat-rate compensation of 10% on the amount involved, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Pieke Wieke reserves the right to take back the (fully) paid items.
The shipment of your order will take place as soon as possible after the receipt of your payment. This, however, while stocks last. The delivery term is only indicative and not binding. No delay can lead to cancellation of the sale or to payment of compensation to the buyer. Pieke Wieke has the right to send orders in different parts.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods, any amounts already paid will be paid back to the buyer, without interest or other fees.
Pieke Wieke has fulfilled the obligation to deliver when a consignment has been offered to the buyer once. In the case of home delivery, the carrier's report applies as full proof of delivery of the delivery. If an address is delivered incorrectly, this is the responsibility of the buyer. This can also result in additional costs that will be passed on to the buyer.
Any visible damage and / or qualitative deficiency of an item or other defect in the delivery must be reported immediately.

The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon delivery for their conformity and must notify Pieke Wieke by registered mail at the latest within eight (8) calendar days after delivery, by penalty of inadmissibility.
Failure of the customer to notify Pieke Wieke of a complaint within the aforementioned term is considered to be an unconditional acceptance of the delivered goods.
A response by Pieke Wieke to a late complaint does not detract from the aforementioned and is always subject to all rights and without any adverse acknowledgment. The payment or commissioning of the delivered goods, and this even in case the customer is
any complaint communicated in conformity, also applies as unconditional acceptance of the goods.
If a complaint is found to be well-founded by XXX, it will, without being liable for any further compensation, either take back the goods or replace them and / or proceed to return or partial refund of the price received for the non-conforming part of the order.
If the liability (both in terms of its pre-contractual, extra-contractual or contractual liability) of XXX would be retained, it will in any case be limited to covering the direct damage with as a maximum the total of the sums (excluding VAT) invoiced by Pieke Wieke for the goods for which the aforementioned liability would be retained. A reservation is final after payment of the registration fee.
You can cancel your registration fee until 1 week before the workshop. If you cancel later, you will be refunded the registration fee minus the shopping budget. That remains valid.
If you cancel the day itself or do not show up, the registration fee can not be refunded.
Pieke Wieke has the right to cancel a workshop due to too few registrations or illness. A different date is then sought or the registration fee is paid back.
By paying the registration fee you declare your agreement with our conditions.
